How to cook the Spaghetti Carbonara?
Well, you can order a plate of Spaghetti Carbonara for yourself at any restaurant.
But... How about you do it yourself?
Cook & Taste it yourself.
I had do some research and the steps are incredibly simple and you can make it yourself at home.
If you can't wait for it, be prepare for those ingredients and follow my step.
The Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 150ml of low fat/full cream milk
- 4 slices of back bacon (or more by your choice!)
- 140 grams of spaghetti
- Olive oil
- Parmesan Cheese Powder
- 3/4 tablespoon of salt
- Ground black pepper for taste
- Parsley for taste & nice decoration.
The Ingredients |
#1 Prepare those ingredients. You can get it at hypermarket or cold storage.
You just need egg yolk. |
#2 Separate the egg yolks.
Firstly, cut the back bacons into strips. Make sure every strip has bits of fat attached. |
#3 Get a plate wok and put few tablespoon of olive oil to fry the back bacons. (opps sorry, forget to take picha!)
Now cook the pasta by follow the instructions on its packet, you can add bit of salt. |
#4 Get a pot and cook the spaghetti before slightly heat your back bacon.
Egg Yolks |
Egg Yolks + low fat cream milk |
Put the Parmesan Cheese powder with your favor volume. |
#5 Mixed the egg yolks + Low Fat Milk + Parmesan Cheese Powder.
Then drain the pasta and put it aside first. |
#6 Drain the pasta like the above image.
Put the pasta back into the wok it was cooked in. |
#7 Put the pasta back into the plate wok and put the mixed ingredients (egg yolks+milk+parmesan cheese) and stir it together.
#8 Put the parsley to make it taste nice too!
Plate it and garnish with the leftover bacon strips. |
Slightly deco it on your plate.... Done!
